Ingredients
- brown sugar syrup 20 ml
- evaporated milk 100 ml
- grass jelly 25 g
- Ice
- Brown sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Drizzle brown sugar syrup around the inside of the glass.
- Pour in evaporated milk.
- Add the prepared grass jelly pieces on top.
- Drizzle with more evaporated milk.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately.
Storage
- After opening, refrigerate or store in a cool place. Best consumed within 7–14 days or up to 1 month, depending on storage temperature.
