Product Benefits :

Storage Instructions :

• Store at a temperature below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight
• After opening, should be consumed within 7 days
• Keep in a cool place and tightly sealed to maintain freshness
• Shelf life 6 months
  

Usage Ratio :

• TEA brand tapioca pearls: 1 kilogram
• Brown sugar: 500 grams
• Clean water: 5 liters

Directions of use : 

1. Boil 5 liters of water until fully boiling
2. When adding the pearls into the pot, stir gently in small circular motions around the pot to help the pearls float and prevent sticking
3. Cook for 30 minutes
4. After 15 minutes of cooking, add brown sugar and stir until dissolved
5. Once cooking time is complete, turn off the heat, remove from the stove, cover the pot, and let the pearls steam for another 30 minutes
6. After steaming, separate 2,500 milliliters of the pearl cooking syrup into a container
7. Rinse the pearls with clean water and drain
8. Add the cooked pearls into the reserved pearl syrup

Tips :

• After steaming, the pearls will be soft and chewy
• For best taste, do not store pearls overnight
• Pearls taste best when consumed within 4 hours
