Free from artificial flavoring and coloring, this versatile tea can be served hot or iced. Ideal for classic oolong tea, oolong milk tea, or fruit-infused tea creations.

Storage Instructions

• Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight
• After opening, keep in a dry place and use within 5 days

Brewing Instructions

1. For Beverage Shops (Bulk Brewing)
2. Boil 5 liters of water, then turn off the heat.
3. Add 80 g of Oolong Tea (TEA Brand).
4. Stir clockwise 4 times, then half turn counterclockwise. Close the lid.
5. Steep for 7 minutes. At 3.30 minutes, open the lid, stir again, close, and continue steeping until time is complete.
6. Strain the tea leaves and transfer to a tea storage tank for daily use.

For Home Brewing

1. Recommended water temperature: 80–90°C
2. Add 2–3 teaspoons of tea leaves to a 150–200 ml teapot.
3. Pour hot water just enough to cover the leaves, then discard immediately (rinse step).
4. Refill with hot water and steep for 1 minute (extend steeping time for stronger flavor if desired).
5. Pour out completely before drinking; do not leave tea soaking.
6. The same leaves can be re-steeped 3–4 times.

Recommendations & Tips

• Rinse tea leaves, teapot, and utensils with hot water before brewing to enhance aroma and flavor.
• For best taste, do not store brewed tea overnight.
• After brewing and transferring to the tea tank, let the tea rest for 1 hour before serving for optimal flavor.
