Storage Instructions

Directions for Use
Brewing Recipe for Shops
- Boil 5 liters of water until boiling, then turn off the heat and remove from the stove.
- Gradually add 100 g of TEA Brand Taiwan tea leaves.
- Stir clockwise 4 rounds, then stir back half a round and close the lid.
- Steep for 15 minutes. At 7.5 minutes, open the lid, stir once more, then close and continue steeping until time is complete.
- Strain the tea leaves and store in a tea container for use throughout the day.
Home Brewing Recipe
- Recommended brewing temperature: 85–95°C
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of tea leaves into a teapot (150–200 ml).
- Pour hot water just enough to cover the leaves, then immediately discard the water.
- Refill with hot water and steep for about 1 minute (extend steeping time for a stronger flavor).
- Pour out all the tea for drinking; do not leave soaking.
- The used tea leaves can be re-brewed 3–4 times after fully draining the water each time.

Recommendation: Rinse tea leaves, teapot, and tea utensils with hot water before brewing to enhance aroma and flavor.
Taste Tip: For best quality, do not store brewed tea overnight.
Recommendation: After brewing, transfer to a tea container and let it rest for 1 hour before serving to achieve the best flavor.
