Directions for Use

  1. Brewing Recipe for Shop Use
  2. Boil 2,500 ml of water until boiling, then remove from heat.
  3. Add 1 bag (150 grams) of Thai tea leaves. Stir four full turns and half a turn. Brew for 30 minutes. At 15 minutes, stir once again.
  4. After 30 minutes, add 2,500 ml of ice and stir until melted.
  5. Strain the tea leaves using a filter cloth.
  6. Yields 3,000 ml of Thai tea.

Brewing Recipe for Home Use (Using Coffee Machine)

  1. Measure 15 grams of Thai tea leaves into the portafilter.
  2. Lock the portafilter and press a small amount of water (count 1–10) to bloom the tea.
  3. Extract 120 ml of tea.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar powder.
  5. Add 30 ml sweetened condensed milk and 30 ml evaporated milk. Stir well.
  6. Pour tea into a glass with ice and decorate as desired.

Recommendation: After brewing, transfer the tea into a tea container and let it rest for 1 hour before drinking to achieve the best flavor.
