Directions for Use
- Can be dissolved in both hot and cold water as preferred.
- How to Dissolve Matcha in Hot Water
- Prepare hot water at approximately 70–80°C (avoid boiling water as it may cause excessive bitterness).
- Measure about 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (adjust strength as desired).
- Add 150–200 ml of hot water.
- Whisk or stir until fully dissolved. A shaker can also be used.
- Serve immediately or mix with other beverages as desired.

Ingredients
- matcha powder (6 g) 2 teaspoons
- hot water 50 ml.
- fresh milk 200 ml.
- syrup 20 ml.
Method
- Dissolve matcha powder in hot water as instructed above.
- Mix fresh milk and syrup together.
- Add ice into a glass, pour in the sweetened milk, then top with the dissolved matcha.
- Serve immediately.
