Oolong tea is a partially fermented tea. The tea leaves are first sun-dried for about 20–40 minutes, then rested in the shade to allow the leaves to bruise slightly. This process creates a semi-fermented tea with many beneficial properties.
Originally, tea was most popular in China and Taiwan, where tea culture has long been part of Asian traditions. Tea gatherings bring people together, creating moments of relaxation and social connection. Although different types of tea come from the same plant, variations in harvesting and processing create distinct flavors and characteristics. Many teas share similar benefits, but the intensity and fermentation process determine which qualities stand out in each variety.
In addition, TEA Brand Oolong Tea can be used to create a wide range of beverages. It can be brewed both hot and cold, or paired with fruit to enhance freshness and balance the light bitterness of the tea, allowing fruit flavors to stand out more clearly. It contains no added flavoring or coloring, preserving the natural benefits and authentic taste of true oolong tea.
One 500 gram pack of oolong tea can brew up to 15 liters, or it can be divided into smaller portions for brewing.
Suitable for bubble tea shops, personal enjoyment, or catering events.
